REQUIREMENTS:

1. At least 5 years of experience (2 years full time is the bear minimum)
2. An online portfolio of work
3. People skills
4. Positive attitude – yes, we know you will have bad days, that’s ok, we like humans!
5. Contactable references (we love talking to our applicant’s parents and besties, but we really prefer that the references you supply are professional people who are on LinkedIn)
6. You will be required to sign an NDA (please let us know in your submission if you are OK with that)
7. Reasonable revisions may be required – let us know how many you are willing to do
8. Please include your rate per hour – kindly note that we will offer you a rate according to your expertise and years of experience.  Note that the more reasonable you are the easier it will be for us to allocate work to you.

Sound good?  Kindly submit your C.V/Resume with links to your work.  To be completely honest with you we don’t care that much about all the academic stuff!  We mostly want to know that you are a decent human being who will show up, do the work and get on with everyone on the team!  So, write us an amazing cover letter telling us all about who you are and why you love working your specific kind of magic!  (We care more about that than the actual C.V – that’s just to pacify the HR Department!) 

Any C.V’s that don’t contain these requirements will find their way to the nearest trashcan.
